[UPDATE] Kmeaw's LV2 Patcher v8 out. New features added

Kmeaw has now released version 8 of his LV2 patcher. This version adds support for the syscall 36 payload and Waninkoko's custom firmware v3.55 v2.

[UPDATE] Kmeaw officially release LV2 patcher V6

It was known that Kmeaw had a V6 of this LV2 patcher, but now it is official. His package link has been updated to include it as a download. As of right now, we are uncertain about what this latest version does. It is possible that it is to fix some known issues or even increase the compatibility of some backup games. The changelog is shown below.

Kmeaw releases Homebrew PKG Repository

More information coming from Kmeaw that he has been working on this new homebrew called Homebrew PKG Repository (HPR).  This HPR is designed to allow you to download and install homebrew PKG files directly from your PS3.  It is possible that HPR could be built into a future custom firmware as well. The project is as ongoing process and more updates will be available soon.  As for right now, HPR still requires a master server before the app will work.  Click below to read more in our forums.  Leave your questions and comments as well.

Fix freezing issue with backups on Kmeaw's custom firmware v3.55

Here's a solution for those having freezing issues with their PS3 game backups on Kmeaw's custom firmware v3.55. This fix was developed by festizio--which will fix PL3's payload file permissions.

Kmeaw's LV2 patcher updated. Add your own payload

Developer Kmeaw has updated his LV2 patcher to include an option for adding your own payload to this patcher. Hermes' payloads are currently not compatible, so you'll have to stick with the PL3 payloads.

Backup Manager patch released for custom firmware v3.55

Released by Kmeaw is a patch which enable backup managers to load PS3 game backups from the PS3's hard drive. You'll need Wutangrza's custom firmware v3.55 to use this patch.
