Rebug 3.41E Beta v2.0 delayed. Minor issue with Hermes v4c



For those who were hoping to see the release of Rebug 3.41E Beta v2.0 soon after its announcement, you'll have to wait a bit longer. According to the team, they are running into issues with Hermes v4c payload but promised to resolve the issue soon.

Team Rebug is cooking up a new Rebug custom firmware



Developer Cyberskunk and gang has posted a piece of news on their site regarding a new version of their custom firmware called Rebug--it's coming soon. For those who don't know what Rebug is, it is a project to turn a retail PS3 console into a full Sony debug/test machine with all the features that developers have accessed to--those features are hidden from normal stock end user PS3 consoles.

Rebug v3.41E Beta v1.0.1 released. No jailbreak needed



Here's a small update to the Rebug project--no jailbreak needed. The Rebug file (PUP) is signed, so installation is a breeze. In case you don't know what Rebug is, it will convert your retail PS3 console into a debug/test PS3 unit.

Rebug v3.41E beta v1.0 released. Tutorial included



Evilsperm and Cyberskunk have released the first public build of Rebug--aimed to convert retail PS3 consoles into debug/test PS3 units. This is a stable beta release. There are two files to download: REBUG HERMES 4B PAYLOAD (rebug_all_boards_hermes_4b.rar) and REBUG 3.41E BETA V1.0 PACKAGE (Rebug 3.41E Beta 1.0.rar).

Cyberskunk makes major breakthrough with Rebug project



Developer Evilsperm has announced a major breakthrough in the Rebug project. For those who don't know what the Rebug project is all about, it is a project aim to convert a retail PS3 console into a debug/test PS3 unit. It's still work in progress.
