Geohot's Lawyers have moved for a dismissal of Sony's case against him. They have cited a lack of jurisdiction in California. As of right now, Sony has not met the requirements to keep this case in California. It would appear so that the judge will likely dismiss the case. Updates will be posted here on our forum news.
