The developer behind PSNinja Stealth has updated this handy app to version 2. PSNinja Stealth is a homebrew app for the PS3 that can be used to hide your online status and wipe the PS3's history. There's two versions are available--an unsigned version for jailbroken PS3 running v3.41 and a signed version for PS3 running custom firmware v3.55.
