It appears that Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is the first backup game to run on the recently released custom firmware. Someone who goes by the name of Riku.kh3 from psgroove.com has managed to get the game to boot from the PS3's internal hard drive. For short, by patching the EBOOT.BIN file inside of the Castlevania game, the PS3 was tricked to think that the game was a PSN game.
