An unknown developer has released a Sega Genesis emulator called GenesisPlus, for the PS3. The emulator is currently in the beta stage but supports two (2) players, rom in .zip format, and svp emulation.
How-to use:
1) Put all folders so that the following folders, ./genplus, ./genplus/roms, ./genplus/bios, ./genplus/state, and ./genplus/sram are on root of your USB flash drive.
2) Insert your USB flash drive into the first USB port, from the right (closest to the PS3's eject button).

- roms with zip format support
- svp emulation for virtua racing and co.
To do:
- Fixed sound glitch
- Fix save states freezing on some games.
- Add save states.
