Developer Klutsh, well known in the Android hacking scene, just released psfServiceMod recovery image files for selected Android phones. These particular recovery images are designed to be flashed onto an Android phone for the purpose of downgrading the PS3. Please note that in order to use any of these recovery image files, your Android phone needs to be rooted (hacked) first. If your phone hasn't been rooted yet, there are plenty of tutorials online to walk you through it; the same case for flashing recovery images. Download link available below.
